fp-ide-2.4.4 software package provides Free Pascal - IDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fp-ide-2.4.4
fp-ide-2.4.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fp-ide-2.4.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fp-ide-2.4.4 *
You will get with fp-ide-2.4.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
